Would someone mind telling me how the heck it was made? Don't tell me that is an XBOX 360 game !?!

I can tell you where it is set; Alpha and Bravo taxiways at Amsterdam Schiphol. They are parallel, running about three quarters of the way around the main airport.
Originally it was in dutch, and looks like it has been dubbed over in english.
