OK OK it's another plug for the GNZ LAP. (See the Announcements Topic, we now have a half-century in the NZ repaints box!)
Steve Jenks painted a nice ski-plane and I thought it might be fun to make it fly up the Tasman Glacier, and around Mt Cook, by way of a little sightseeing.
After a bit of fiddling, presto!
Here's a clip of what it does.

I love chasing fixed-wing craft with a chopper, and you can easily outdrag a small Cessna with something like the MD500. Watch the mountain turbulence roll the chopper, (and bump the AI? - didn't know it worked that way).
The plane on the glacier is not AI, it is part of Peter Lohr's Mt Cook scenery package. The AI circles over that spot, so it helps you find the static plane (otherwise quite difficult). A seeing-dog Cessna!

Thanks guys, I intend putting a few one-off flights llike this one into the AI packages. Good way to get to see NZ, fly along with a knowledgeable local!
Thanks Mike for the original pointer to the MD500 which is now the proud spotter for the GNZ LAP project B)
