I spent an hour or so yesterday working out lat/long coordinates for some spots that my family fly into in the Ureweras yesterday and knocked up a flight-plan to fly the route on the GPS, so I figuired I might as well make a wee video of the flight out from Waiau River to the Minginui valley.

Good stuff Deeknow smile.gif

Since that obviously isn't the stock Bell 206, which aftermarket one is it?

Hey Shadow. Its the Owen Hewitt model which I saw Florian demo over in this thread. Filename is "texb206zkhrs.zip" and is avail at avsim. As mentioned in the credits at the end of my vid try the soundset from Mauel Gonzalez, very cool, you'll find that at hovercontrol.

Also, I've just added a thread in the flights forum with a full flight-plan for the route in that vid, including legs that take you across the Urewera forest to Waikaremoana and on to Wairoa. Check it out.
