Sunday Night Ops for Sunday 25th October 2009: Labour Weekend Mainline

It's Labour Day in New Zealand on Monday - the first long weekend nearly five months! - and for the nation's airlines, it's a great week to be in business. Holiday-makers are making the most of the spring weather and domestic trunk flights are packed. That's where this week SNO comes in...

Controller activity will be focussed on the country's three main airports - Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch - and providing service up and down the country to help VATSIM pilots make as big a dent as possible in the backlog of passengers waiting to fly between the three.
