As some know, I'm a member/mod over here:
http://aviationcafe.co.uk/Index/
On many weekends, I'll often organize a little multiplayer event at various regions throughout the world, and I figured I'd start advertising them here as well.
The times are a little weird because I'm in the eastern US, a regular multiplayer user is in the UK, another user sometimes hops on from the Netherlands, and most participants here are going to be in New Zealand, so we're truly spanning the globe here.
That being said, here are the details:
US Time: Saturday, December 3rd @ 3:15pm US Eastern Time.
UK/GMT Time: Saturday, December 3rd @ 8:15pm.
NZ Time: Sunday, December 4th @ 9:15am.
Server: NZInspire
I usually do not use Teamspeak during these events, but if there is interest, I'll connect.
Route:
Auckland NZAA
TO
Great Barrier NZGB
Aircraft: I'll be using Flight1's BN-2 Islander in FSX.
FS2004 users may want to check out the freeware BN-2 from here: http://www.m-r-software.de/
Sim: I'll be in FSX, but FS2004 can connect as well. (FSX through FSHost by plugging in the IP address to the server.)
Weather: Will try real-world weather unless the conditions are messy!
Scenery: Mike's (Creator2003's) new Great Barrier will work wonders on this route!
VLC obviously too!
