Why do I always see aircraft from that random pack thingy in squawk box and never the actual aircraft the user is using even if its the same (e.g. see T & T tour ZKTOM and I were using same aircraft yet it shows him in a Squawk box model)
(I do use FS2002 and he and most others do use 2004)
Could some one please help.

Because that information is not passed over the network, the information passed over the network indicates the aircraft type, and Squawkbox shows the closest model possible from its database.
As far as I know its not possible for Squawkbox to display aircraft outside of its database - even if you have the same aircraft another person is using installed on your PC.

Not that I know of, I think there may be a pack available with extra aircraft, but others will have to give you the location, as I don't know where it is.

I tried copying the beech baron model into the squawk box aircraft folder along with the textures. I hope this works.
Could I add an cessna caravan etc. by putting in just say model.c208 and tecture.c208 and adding it in the aircraft cfg. I mean would it work out that if my friend was in a cessna 208, the one I added would be the closest to the type and show him in that?

Hmm, I don't think that would work, you would need to add the aircraft to a 'register' file, probably .dat or similar. And even then Squawkbox would need to recieve commands from the server to show that aircraft.
