Here's an invitation to join our very informal group VFR flight on the evening of 27 November 2022 (Sunday) taking off at 7.30pm (NZDT).

This is based on a flight plan by Jeff Preou.

Departing from Tauranga (NZTG), and over the Kaimais to Matamata (NZMA).
Then visiting Te Kowhai (NZTE), Raglan (NZRA), Te Kuiti (NZTT), Wharapapa South (NZES) and Tokoroa (NZTO).
Then ending the flight at Rotorua (NZRO)

This trip which should take about over one and a half hours.

Plane of choice this time is the Cessna 172, or similar.

Flying will be in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020.
Server is South East Asia.
Time set is 1200 hours (noon NZT).
Weather is optional.
Add-on scenery of your choice.

Using Discord 'Long White Cloud' Server for voice traffic. Please try and have voice available. It makes its easier for everyone to know what's going on.

See you there, Dave (ZKDWF)

The flight plan is here

Can't believe I missed this one. Based on my own plan too!
For some reason I had 08-December in mind for this session ... which isn't even a weekend.
I think I must be getting senile early!

Yeah, I could have done with some company. I was the only one there.
The live weather was bad, so spent part of the flight in rain clouds.

I've got the last one of the year scheduled for this Sunday.
