Rediscovering D'Urville Island - Sunday 26 November 2023 at 7.30pm
Come sim-flying with us on the evening of 26 November 2023 (Sunday) starting at 7.30pm (NZDT).
D'Urville Island makes a welcome return to MSFS 2020. So, we're back in NZ this time, and off to find it after finding it completely gone last time (11 June).
Departing Omaka (NZOM), we head north doing 'touch and goes' at :
Picton (NZPN)
Nopera Golf Course
French Pass
Greville Harbour
Port Gore
And then fly past Cape Jackson Lighthouse across the Cook Strait to land at Paraparaumu (NZPP)
Flying will be in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020.
Server is South East Asia.
Time set is 1200 hours (1200 NZT).
Weather is optional.
Aircraft is the Cessna 172.
Flight takes under 90 minutes.
