Join us for an evening of sim-flying adventure on Sunday 6 December, departing at 7:30 PM NZDT in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024

USA Leg 3 Route: Lone Pine to Lake Tahoe

This will be our last flight for this year ... returning mid-February 2026.

We’ll depart from Lone Pine (O26) (KSMO) and fly northward, landing at a variety of interesting airports — crossing through Yosemite National Park!

Planned stops:
- Bishop (KBIH)
- Mammoth Yosemite (KMMH)
- Lee Vining (O24)
- Flyover of Half Dome and El Capitan
- Final destination : Lake Tahoe (KTVL)

Full-stop landings at most sites. Total flight time: just over 90 minutes.

Flight Details
- Simulator: Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024
- Server: US West (let's ramp up the traffic again!!)
- Time Set: 12:00 PM (NZT)
- Weather: Optional, it's California - it's always blue skies.
- Aircraft: Plane able to cruise at 176 knots - Bonanza, Baron, Seneca, etc
