Hi Alex. As it's a NZ event would they consider having it at another time? I take it that 2000Z 25th is 8am Saturday 26th (would be hopeless having it during the day on Friday in NZ) 8am's pretty much still night time for most of us, especially on a Sat AM! Perhaps 8pm Sat (0800Z 26 Aug) would work.

Bit tricky to change it actually, this time worked out with everyone (our raggedy group of staff 
) and should make the event a lot busier. 
Sorry, not this time mate, everyone's all set up for it, and we already have people signed up for the existing time.
