I see the Beehive and Bowen House from some shots around, both weren't in the FS9 version I'm pretty sure, or are they part of FSX?

1. If we own RealNZ Wellington, and would like to get the FSX update and high-res photoreal, would we get a discount? And would that be available by download, or CD only?
2. Have you put some new buildings in there?I see the Beehive and Bowen House from some shots around, both weren't in the FS9 version I'm pretty sure, or are they part of FSX?

Existing owners can purchase a replacement CD for half price ($19.75)
The Beehive is the only extra city building, the other building is default FSX. There are a few default city buildings which are nice enough not to exclude:)
I may package up the Beehive for FS2004, but it is a heavy hitting model -- the curves add tremendously to the vertex count, making it one of the highest vertex counts of any model I've ever produced.

Edit: It doesn't have to come with a special case or anything.
Sorry, you actually pay for a license to use the scenery -- whether on FS2004 or FSX, it doesn't matter.
Now is a good time to remind folk that whenever there is two versions of a particular scenery, a single license covers them both -- you can't split them and give one away, for instance, or sell it, as that would require two licenses.

How/where do I get the best overall package for Wellington? Ive tried typing Realnz Wellington into the search on Godzone but it just comes up product not found?? Can you still purchase "Across The Straight"?
Robin has released them as freeware while we all wait for the newer shinier version to come out

Indeed, Rob's Welly works well with NZNI just keep your mesh settings between 76 & 19m. Fits in nicely...
