I have installed Tauranga in FSX and it looks terrific but when I start on the default runway the runway appears to be in front of me not beneath me as normal.Moving forward only makes the runway further away. Could there be a problem with elevations. Any help Please

Did you install from a FSX installer, or patch the FS2004 version?

Is this with or without the NZGLAP AFCAD? As the airport has been shifted a bit for FSX, this won't work at all.
However if you get this with the AFCAD which came with the Real NZ patch, then you may need to reinstall, making sure that both the original FS2004 scenery and the update are installed in:
Microsoft Flight Simulator X\Tauranga
and no other place.

It looks like a reinstall. I have reverted back to the AFCAD that came with the patch and the same thing is happening. No problem. Thanks for the advise

I have since discovered that I had backed up the Tauranga BGL file in Scenery/world/Scenery. For what reason I do not Know..........Age does have it's problems I guess. All is again well......But for placing those pesky 152's in their proper place.........I'm Happy....Now- a- days that doesn't take much.

Cheers
