I wanted to know if there Is any more news about the realnz Auckland Airport. I just found out about It and I am keen to know more.

Still a work in progess ,i would hope its not that far off myself but seeing there is a 2004 and a FSx version its double the amount of time designing for it ...

Releasing news of Real NZ Auckland International was a bit of an experiment, normally I don't release anything until a project is in beta testing. In a way it has back-fired a bit, in that I tend to field dozens of questions a week about this:)

Initially I didn't have a clue how long a project like this would take -- it could've been 6 months, a year or longer. I now have a better idea, but I am far, far away from announcing any sort of release schedule. I would suspect that the overall project will take 18 months in total, though, which may mean 6 to 12 months to go...

If I where you I would make NZAA when the real world NZAA has the new runway up north which will be up like 2011-2013. Just a suggestion..

He couldn't do that accurately, due to the fact that it hasnt been built yet. Plus, alot of other expansion will have gone on by then anyway, its probably just better/easier to release a new version/patch.
