I'm trying to clear some space on my computer.
Is it OK to uninstall nzcombo_installer?
I take it that it was only used to install the scenery in the first place, but rather a silly question than a silly mistake...

EDIT: It only shows on add/remove programs, can't find it otherwise. Is it just on the disk????

Hi Mark I did a Google search and it looks like it is one of Christians Red Barron files I have quite a few of his programs installed so done a search of all my HDDs and didn't find it on any of them.
You could send Christian a message asking him about it'

Yes, it's the install program. Just make a backup before you delete it, you may need it again for a reinstall (eg when you upgrade windows).

But if I reinstall I'd just use the disk wouldn't I?

Speaking of which, I have just reinstalled FS9 - do I need to reinstall Roads & Rivers / Mountains or can I just copy the folders from my backup Addon Scenery folder into the new Addon Scenery folder?
And would the same apply for other sceneries (all NZ downloads)?

It would pay to do a reinstall as they may place or replace some files in the world scenery folder.

Yes, you need to reinstall as the installer disables some default files.
