Small town , Queenstown missing

Only a learner as said before but
Think FSX very good and landscape very recognisable
railway lines especially followable and accurate so far in the deep south
enjoyable lowlevel flight up taieri gorge in Microlite and fllowed line from Karitane to Moeraki with Moeraki Penninsula being good.
But
while roads ie streets of Waikouaiti Palmerston (real) and Moeraki laid out and even Queenstown there is not a house in sight,
What slider or adjustment do I have wrong ... 1gb Ram 256mb Video.

The houses are part of the Autogen Density display option.
By the way, Queenstown with the Red Baron landclass is particularly stunning.
