FSX Prop Textures

A forum specifically to discuss the latest and greatest of all flight simulators

If can anyone help me, I recently installed the SP2 FSX upgrade to fix some intermittent problems which I had at the time, and this was extremely successful, but I am now having a texture problem when flying various Prop aircraft, as it displays a clear disc, where the prop textures should be, this was working fine previously with FSX SP1 installed, but with the upgrade, it has caused this problem, I remember seeing something about this previously, and how to fix it, but I can't think where, I have tried my own remedies to sort it out, but to no avail, so if anyone has some good ideas. I am willing to try them,
Cheers, John MD

hi john, this is true of the fs9 a/c that are ported over, sp2 changed alot of things including the props, i know some people have subsituted a problem prop witha FSX native disk, mainly by copying the textures, have a search through the avsim forums, i do remember seeing a fix for it there, but just cannot find it
In the ongoing battle between objects made of aluminum going hundreds of miles per hour and the ground going zero miles per hour, the ground has yet to lose.
