'Best' Heli Sim

Howdy all. Been somewhat absent for some time. Probably as I stopped flying IRL (again!) which totally dampened my enthusiasm for the sim.
Still on MSFS2020.
Been doing some research, searching the forum, and even checking in with AI (Copilot, ironically, which didn't seem to know MS2024 existed!)
Would welcome your thoughts on the current state of 'best' (yeah, subjective, I know) flight sim for helicopters.
I might end up building a new PC in a few months, a year or more sooner than expected, so starting to 'gather data'.
I always wanted to build a 'dedicated' heli sim (proper heli controls, VR, etc), and now\soon might be my [only] opportunity ... if my various ducks line up as I hope they might and don't quack off.
