Downloaded the ct4 last night. Its amazing! I might start using it instead of the cessna from now on. Now, I'm not one to be picky but i just noticed that SQNLDR shaun clark has a Flight lieutenant rank on his shoulder. lol. im not complaining though, the model is still great!

Thanks for the newspaper scan Ian - keeps me in touch with what's happening down there.
Call it progress I guess but for an oldie, what saddens me is that having gone through 'the system' i.e. CMT Training, then ground crew regular, then aicrew as a Signaller, we have lost so much RNZAF history.

The museum is fantastic and it was great to see the old small barrack block that us Sigs used had been saved and shifted to between the hangars, but sadly I couldn't find what I believe was the old Wigram hangar that was used as the gymnasium alongside the swimming pool.

Progress??? sadly not for me.

...........................The original New Zealand Aerospace Industries (AESL) CT 4 Air Trainer first home .WIGRAM 1988

The area Norm recalls is near opposite on the right hand side of the beacon tower 'old small barrack block that us Sigs used had been saved and shifted to between the hangars' i believe is just visible behind the later barrack block facing the old hanger.
