I haven't got Mike's autogen update, nope, is a link on here somewhere? Will take a look at that too. I'll put some before and after shots of this one too later tonight if I get time. I was flying around South Africa last night and although my autogen is "sparse" there were lots of funny square stadium looking objects, which led me to want something different, hence the stumble across that site:)

What's the procedure here for backing up existing files etc. - should you want to roll back?
Does it overwrite anything? would love to try it out to see what the differences were, but don't want to stuff up my FSX.

Well so far I can't see much difference, probably because I don't have my autogen up high (duh!). It changes the night lighting on buildings subtely so that's a good move.
In the zip file there is an empty folder called Back Up. The Read Me is quite specific in that you are to place a copy of your existing texture files in the Back Up folder and then copy the new textures into your FSX directory, overwriting the existing files with the new ones. If you don't like the change you move your originals back into your FSX directory, overwriting the new ones.
Or at least that's the plan!

LOL you made me go and check my main pc, thought maybe that's why they weren't that different! But you're right main Texture directory - I've edited the post now in case someone stuffs up
