When at cruise height and speed in a Lear when i go for 16 times time compression with autopilot on the plane goes into repeated up and down pitch adjustments. To the tune of about 1 per second. This just the way it goes in FSX with 16 times compression and a lear?

Yup - that happens on all aircraft at that level of time compression........ there are parameters in the aircraft.cfg file to alter the characteristics of autopilots. I've often changed autopilot settings to increase roll rates and angles to help with autopilot coupled instrument approaches - there may well be something in there that you can tune to help reduce or eliminate the oscillations..........

Had a quick look but not sure where to start in that cfg list.
So everyone just puts up with this? To be honest I would of thought they would of had a default fix for this in one of the earlier service packs.
Must be a lot of jets humping their way through the virtual skies out there lol

Edit: After looking around some more, apparently there is no fix for it. It was a 'feature' introduced with SP2 ....
