Wellington ATC

Is it just me or are the tower and ground frequencies both 188.8(or something very similar, actual frequency is not important) Does any one else have this. I have the wellington enhancement on the fsx page on f/s.co.nz. Does this change or has it always been like this?

Hmm yea, Wellington Tower is 118.80, and Wellington Ground is 121.90. (in real world )

Do you mean does the scenery enhancement change the tower freq? Absolutely not, it adds the marina, some ships on the quay and the tanker just north of the runway.

FSX frequencies for NZWN

Ground: 118.80
Ground: 121.90
Tower: 118.80
Tower: 120.00
Approach: 119.30
Approach: 121.10
Approach: 122.30
Approach: 126.50
Clearace Delivery 121.90
ATIS 126.90

Note the primary Ground and tower freq in FSX are the same. While the real world freqs are there for use in multiplayer, FSX won't use them in single player. FSX always goes for the lowest freq in the given options.

Yeah i know what the Wellington enhanncement does, i was just wondering what was the cause. No biggie, i can live with that, that is until i get real nz wellington. (can't wait) but still quite away away, unless it can be purchesed in shop. But i believe it is only online purchase:(
