Can any one help, I can not get the rain and water effects to show on the aircraft windscreen in 2D or VC mode in fsx. What setting controls this?

Is this a default aircraft or an add-on. If its an add-on aircraft I don't think the tools are available to most of us yet to produce the rain effects. I tried various methods with the Fletcher without success

MS scrapped rain effects in FSX. One of the casulties to get the product out

Thanks Christian, no wonder i couldn't get the effects to work if they don't exist.
Sorry guys no skyhawk projects but I am working on some new RNZAF paint skins on some aircraft the Air force doesn't use.

Ive often wondered about this because im certain ive seen it!.....
Was it FS9? or is it viewable only in the 2d cockpit or something? I distinctly remember seeing raindrops on the canopy when flying north from Galatea to Whakatane....
Maybe i was dreaming??
