Is there a control to see the different AI planes flying (in fs9 it was control+W) ?

From the Views menu:
View Mode: Air Traffic
(or right click onscreen for the menus)
...or install the Traffic Toolbox.

Hitting 'A' will then cycle through the AI traffic
