NZFF

Ive installed fsx with sp1 sp2 and now are wanting some of my hardware to work with it ,the trackIR4 has a profile for fsx but it is not picking it up anyone know what it is to get the best bit of hardware ive got working with fsx ????
any help would be greatly welcomed

hmmm I have the same problem with nhancer for both fs9 and FSX

Yeah ive got nhancer installed but ive changed the setting back for fsx so its app controlled ,ive also updated game profiles on the trackIR4,
on fs9 it works sweet with nhancer installed but fsx no go ???
there are new drivers out from nivida now and i mite be inclined to get rid of nhancer if it stops my track from working ..

also the nhancer seems to black out half the screen when another window is put up on top of it ,so im thinking this is more trouble than what its worth having it card controlled and not app controlled ,ill update you as i work it out

and if you have a trackIR4 this is very much so a big problem for us ...

I'm fairly sure I had TrackIR working with FSX...

in fact I know I did, because it was doing weird stuff in spot view (it would make the view swing around, which it doesnt do in FS9 spot view, but it did it in a rather non-intuitive way) and was really pissing me off... until it occurred to me I could just hit F9 and disable it temporarily

UPDATE: I finally got around to installing FSX again (+SP1 and SP2)... and TrackIR works fine... I plugged it in, it picked up FSX and I could look all around...

perhaps you need to reinstall the drivers?

I had a similar issue with my TIR 4 after updating drivers for it. I ended up uninstalling nhancer, manually adjusting my nvidia settings and that didn't work. Finally I completely uninstalled my TIR software, including manually deleting any residual folders left in the drive then re-installed from the disk. I re- added the driver updates and it seemed to work fine from there. I now have more trouble with my thrustmaster software...

Works fine for me are you opening up the config thing i think it only works if you have it open
