Hi team,

I have a few questions regarding the AFCAD's supplied with the very first GNZLAP addon:

Would it be ok to delete all the afcad's supplied in the very first addon, as it seems to be causing numerous upsets in my fs world?

I backed up my Addon Scenery/Scenery folder as recommend in the the v1 instructions, and wonder if everything would be OK if I just deleted my current Addon Scenery/Scenery folder, and replaced it with my backed up one.

I have not added to it at all since backing it up, so I shouldn't loose anything else apart from the GNZLAP afcad's, which I belive are being updated and released in the next pack, arn't they?

By doing this, would I still see my GNZLAP aircraft between the time I remove Charls afcad's and the next update or not?

Cheers

Andrew I would delete them for sure, and restore your originals.
There were plenty of issues, not least of which I accidentally uploaded everything I had on my computer (incl junk) in the very first pack.
See http://z11.invisionfree.com/nzff/index. ... wtopic=461
The reason for including any AFCADs at all, is that the small stock MS airfields generally don't have parking spaces and so the AI vanishes.
But any of the good-sized stock and addon airports will work fine.
My suggestion:
If you fly to a small airfield and don't see AI, try a GNZLAP Pack 2 one, but only as a last resort.
I'll try to get this sorted for Pack 4, and also limit the AFCADs to airfields actually receiving AI.

Matter of interest, what mesh are you using?

Thanks for the reply Charl, I will try and do so when my PC is running again.

I am using the 20m mesh and topo package from RBE.
