Have installed all your AI packs, there great by the way.

But at Wellington all AI sink into the ground, have tried removing Robin Corns Real Wellington afcad, but still have the problem,
do you have any suggestions

Thanks

Try this:
(first copy the AFCADs you may have and keep them in a separate folder so you can reinstate them later if necessary)
When installing the GNZLAP AFCADs you probably put them into "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Addon Scenery\scenery"
Copy and paste AF2_NZWN.bgl to "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Scenery\World\scenery"

What is your 'TERRAIN_MAX_VERTEX' level in your FS9.cfg file?

I think changing this between '19' and '21' may fix your problem.
