Having trouble installing Godzone Subscription 10

Hey there guys am having trouble installing Godzone Subscription issue 10 for some reason, all the others have installed fine but after I've extracted everything I runderstand the installer setup but I notice it does not give me the option of ticking "ACTIVE LIBRARY" like the others. It is in my downloads file but when I follow the path to downloads in the add area section in game it says the folder is empty??? I also have my system set at "Show all hidden files" so I'm a bit buggered as to what's going on, any ideas would be greatly appreciated cheers guys, it's my favourite area of scenery too boo hoo!

Issue 10 only installs scenery in existing folders, so there's nothing to activate in the library -- both areas are already activated in previous issues.

I'm still to install my Godzone Subscription back into FSX and now P3D , never had an issue before so I'll see how I go later today.

Issue 10 is central plateu lake Taupo?and extended Hawkes bay I understand? after installing I go to Taupo airport and it is still just Orbx scenery, the scenery also does not show up anywhere in the scenery library and cannot find it in any path through the add area in game, I know it's my bad and I shall feel rather stupid once I figure this out lol
