Haven't seen it no.
But you have FSX, VLC, and the Otter...one on one, be my guest!

...and on, to the start of the Mountain Fun.
$561/hour?
Forget it...a few cents worth of electric power, and a little toward your ISP, is all it takes!

Lots of folk drift in there over Christmas - on which topic, I was saying earlier that Peter Lohr's sceneries have a depth to them...
Queenstown has a flying paraglider, for example, if you know where to look.

Well, Mt Cook gets a Christmas tree in the festive season, as I discovered when I went back to an earlier thread:

It is now gone, as you can see from the shots above, and is totally undocumented.
What a guy.

Peter left another "Easter Egg" in the form of a little static scenery up the road on the Tasman Glacier.
There's an AI waypoint and airport there too, so some brave traffic drops in now and then.
This is the reason they are here

**WARNING** Sightseeing in Icing and IFR conditions is for flight simulator only. **WARNING**
This could lead to permanent damage to your Cessna or Porter if attempted at home

I hung out with a bunch of crazy people once, who jumped out of perfectly usable aircraft.
The Porter was always on the ground before the skydivers!

I love skiing in the sim with skiplanes.
In the shot above, I had the Porter in reverse thrust, around 60 knots.
Hardest part was making it stick to the side of the mountain.

Really awesome pics Charl. Very cool. I like the dark and ominous feel to them.

Thanks, chaps...it were a dark and stormy night, arrr

But now, from blizzard to earthquake.
I love this airport scenery, it has a bit of domestic, a bit of local, a bit of international...

..and a bit of bustle, when the Antarctic resupply run starts

I couldn't decide which of the postcards the boys would want to send back to California, so here's both!

My sim is locked in 2004, and has Concordes plying the Atlantic - but it also has B787's in ANZ colours!

It's those Flux Capacitors you're running on your sim pc that do that! laugh.gif

Every time Charl goes to take off, as soon as he hits 76.4699093 knots (88 mph) his scenery library re-boots, then the Retro-Ai starts flying around and all the terminal buildings jump back 20 years. biggrin.gif
