There's an ad running on TV at the moment, some bank I think, where folk sit around in the 80s trying to decide what to invest it. Today is their future, and it certainly isn't 'bleak' without Commodore, Kaypro and Wang. Well, maybe a little bit bleak with only the one named after a fruit left...

I guess there will always be a niche for gaming in some shape or form. I'd welcome a shift from being cramped up behind a desk to a fully immersive holodeck of some sort.
The Matrix always intrigued me, no need for peripherals. It's all in your mind...
