Hello again everyone,

I have a question for Lawrie (Snowman). I enjoy using your sceneries but my question is what landclass or mesh are you using? In the screenshots of your sceneries I see nice green mountains and land areas, for example around Dunedin. all I have are brown mountains and brown land areas. With the photoreal Dunedin installed it looks a liitle better but still not as nice and green as yours. Can you help me out here?

PS: I still have not been able to solve the problem of my ai aircraft sinking into the tarmac at Nelson.

Lawrie is away for the next 3 or 4 days and I am sure he will get back to you when he is back online.

Have you got some landclass? There was some file that made all of NZ greener and took away the sandy brown colour. It was a very small file but makes such a difference. I'm not sure where it is but some member might be able to tell you

Maybe he is talking about the addon topo for the freeware 75M mesh
I have this installed and makes NZ way greener even in FSX

Sorry for the delay in answering,.......... been busy moving house !!

Landclass is Christian Stock's free landclass for New Zealand.
The lush green colouring you see in the Dunedin pics for instance, are textures from Ruud Faber's FScene 4X ( payware).
It contains installers for both FS9 and FSX.
