Hiya fella's, a mate of mine has just purchased ORBX NI , on install all seems fine ..goes right through process to the last box asking to finish the install,...but then it ends there...the FTX Central thingy doesnt come up..nothing,...no FTX or ORBX desktop icons or start button listings. He even took note of Harddrive size before and after install and it stayed the same !. He has no secondary drive either. He uses windows XP.

Any help would be much appreciated .

I wonder if he can find the directory and all the information, I have found that the switch's and many other part can get glitchy , may now require a manual install, Search anything ORBX within the main FSX directory and go from there ?

Isn't there something about installing the latest library?

All sorted ?

I have just install ORBX Canberra, not so strangely it install without required order number , date of purchase and registration key .

One thing i did for a recent install of another ORBX scenery was create a fake directory then manually install it from there. These scenery's are both NI and SI ... now if I ruled the world!

Nah not sorted fella's,...I didnt have any problems with my own install so yea..dunno ...

Sounds like a corrupted download. Mine installed fine as well.
