Flatten problem @ NZKF

I have a raised runway at NZKF (Kaipara Flats) which I didn't have before. A while back I landed there and experienced no elevation problems. Now, when attempting to access the runway, the aircraft hits the invisible wall, jumps up in the air a couple of metres and the settles down. At the end of the runway, it falls a couple of metres. During the taxi, after jumping up, I can see the runway floating above the ground as well as the markers at the end of the runway. It seems that a flatten file is corrupted or missing. Now I haven't seen this in other sceneries yet, so does anyone have an idea as to which flatten I'm missing, if there is one?

Jim, I had some elevation problems with KF and made a new flatten/afcad and added a few objects around the field. Works ok on my rig, PM me if youd like to try it out
