I´m willing, but it´s to much stuff. The author is a fan of NZL and had a trip over 4 month there (like me). At the beginning he describes the special features of the land.
I think it´s not necessary to translate the whole text, important are the links.
First he recommends the 75m mesh and the landclass but he is mentioning the remaining problems. He finds it´s difficult to install the whole Static Objects Library to use the sceneries from Lawrie Roache (I don´t think so). You find links to repaints from Islander, DC3 and the link to the wonderful Fletcher from Deane Baunton too. On the NZL-map are shown the available airports (red) and sceneries (green).
Mr. Meyer likes especially the sceneries from Christchurch, Queenstown, Kaikoura and recommends a flight through the valleys around Mt. Cook.
I know, this it´s not a perfect translation but maybe it can help to use this article.

Wie unschwer zu erkennen ist, bietet Neuseeland nicht nur in der Realität, sondern auch im Simulator für jeden Geschmack etwas. Die hohe Dichte an Flugbegeisterten schafft auch eine aktive Flightsim-Community, aus der dementsprechend viele und tolle Werke hervorgehen.
Für IFR-Fans dürfte vor allem die sagenhafte Umsetzung von Christchurch geeignet sein, für Fortgeschrittene auch der Airport von Queenstown. Wer sich von regionalem Charme verzaubern lassen möchte, sollte einen Abstecher nach Kaikoura einplanen. Und wer sich gerne durch enge Täler zwängt und steilen Felskanten entlang fliegt, für den bietet das Mount-Cook-Gebiet die perfekte Umgebung.

Guys,....... it actually doesnt worry me whether people like them or not.
This is the FREEWARE world,.......... if they dont like them, they can just un-install them,.......... no harm done.
I only started uploading my sceneries after prompting from a fellow simmer and friend here in Tauranga, who saw some of my New Zealand sceneries in my sim, and asked where he could get them from. When i told him that they were ones i had built myself, he said they were good enough to upload for others to use.
Many of my sceneries were built many years before i actually upoaded them. Some of my early Runway-12 type sceneries are over 5 years old.
So, i did, and i have, and i will continue to upload them, for anyone that cares to use them.
I originally started building them for myself only, as New Zealand was the ugliest, most barren, incorrect and worst catered for country in the FS world.
They were meant as replacements for the ugly and boring and incorrect default airports that FS had deigned to place in our little country, and for those that they DIDNT see fit to place at all. They are not meant to be photoreal accurate sceneries, exact down to the last detail. But,......... in most cases, are a 1000% improvemnet over what Microsoft does , or doesnt have in the sim. I kept it simple, using objects from available libraries that are close in design, shape and colour to the real thing here in NZ, as i dont have the tools, or the time to do photoreal custom stuff.
I guess, after many years of taking freeware stuff, i just wanted to put something back into the FlightSim community, as a thank-you, and a tribute to all the other freeware designers and builders that have spent countless hours, helping to improve our FS world for all of us.
