Okay this has probably been asked before but I want to edit/create my own landclass for an area in New Zealand.
What would be the easiest way of doing this?
I am using:
Fs2004, no payware addons scenery wise (only a couple of aircraft)
Windows Vista Home Premium

(just so you don't mix me up)

Thanks,
Kelburn

Check out Ground2k4 here or Landclass Assistant on the same page.
They don't state that they work with Vista but do state the minimum so may work.

Aye, Landclass Assistant v1.4 is intuitive and easy to use.

So these programs will be able to change land into water around Whangarei airport (a problem caused by mesh and incorrect coastline)?

Actually, your best bet is to download Snowman's NZWR (at AvSim) and follow the instructions to flatten the airport terrain. No need to re-invent the wheel again, is there? biggrin.gif

nah, it's the coastline. I installed the flatten but the land at the bottom extends in reality it's more like a cliff
