AI skins in FSX

is it possible to put skins on AI aircraft in fsx? and if so, can someone tell me where to find new zealand skins or how to install skins? it would be far better seeing wellington airport lined with air new zealand and qantas aircraft rather than "global freightways" and "pacifica airlines"
