There's a (freeware I think) utility around called "Thumbnailer" ... that creates thumbnails from within FSX as you fly. Google for it ;-)

Thanks a lot ! By now I've actually forked out for the Tweak FS FSX Aircraft Toolbox (it was only €13) as I figured I'd have some use for that other than for making thumbnails. I'll now be able to fix one up myself. If I can figure out how (or if someone can tell me how) I'll upload it here once done, if anyone's interested.

Can anyone tell me where I can get those decals on the back of the aircraft? Trying to paint it on the Majestic Q300 and 400. Sorry for bringing this post up but I have been searching for ages.
