I was going to say just "Apache" but folk might have thought I had developed an unnatural passion for those noisy eggbeater thingies laugh.gif

This is nice - I found it at Flightsim the other day. It rounds out my collection of GA twins, but my favourite runabout is still the Eric Dantes Twin Bonanza.
This one is an FSX update of the Bill Lyons Piper Apache. The propdisk is not bad, but I think I have a better one somewhere.
The reflectivity seems to be a bit overdone, too, but I can live with that. NZHK to NZNV made a nice trip, and to my mind, justified my choice of VLC over FTX.

Nice find Mike, thanks for sharing.
Now all we need is a Piper Aztec so we can a few SunAir legs around the North Island smile.gif

Would you be able to post some shots of the virtual cockpit? I was having a look at it the other day but it was difficult to tell from the preview screenshots exactly how the VC looks. Does the ZK paintscheme come with it or is that a separate addon/something you've made? smile.gif

There are four paints and each has a slightly different set of gauges. You can mix'n'match by a simple edit of panel= in the aircraft cfg. There are hotspots for the map, GPS, and adding the passengers (click the seatbelt). There is a pop-up radio stack with an A/P.
The "personalised registration" is made by clicking the Details button when you select the plane. You can then edit the tail number. I can do the same with the Luscombe R8. I believe it is a feature of Bill Lyons' models.
The cockpit windows reflect in the gauges, which I find a bit of a nuisance, but they may well be just as annoying in real life.
You can click through on the thumbnails to get to a 1920 x 1280 pic.
