There isn't one I am aware of. Ultralights that I aware of that are available in FSX are:
At least 3 (!) different Czech Cruisers/Piper Sports from Alabeo, WS Simulations and Just Flight. Ants, Drifter, Tecnam Sierra and Eaglet, Lionhearts WT-9 Dynamic, the FSD Evektor Sportstar, Aerosofts AA Falcon and Flight 1s & Abacus's Cessna 162s.
IMV Ants Tecnams and the Alabeo Piper Sport would be the ones to get. I've done quite a few hours in Ants Sierra.
