I think Mister Leroy Grumman would be super proud to see so much interest , wonder he would have thought about today's rebuilds and computer models, sorta a pity the chap did see or how much artwork, or is approached onto PC models ... one off those things we will miss out on with the NG.

Just means his work will live on long after the last one can no longer fly. I don't think any manufacturer, be it Leroy Grumman, Andrei Tupolev, Oleg Antonov, or even William E. Boeing wouldn't be proud for that to happen...

That we will give you the task to go in search for those very first two Boeing's ever built , they do say they were crated up and put in a cave around Auckland .. your task is to put one off these

on and do some snooping .

Would take me years without transport system here. I'd spend 1.8yrs waiting for the bus, 6mths on the bus and 30mins finding the plane

Do what I would do, jump on a mountain bike , you beat the time , increase it by a year , the six months ducking ducks and you may find the Boeing's or maybe not

the Auckland traffic may get you.

Yeah the traffic is the problem, we don't like cyclists up here and actively try to remove them from the planet lol
