Repaint for the Nemeth Brothers Kawasaki BK117

IRU is based at Waikato Hospital in Hamilton NZ. Because Hamilton is only a short distance from Auckland (flight time) it is used a great deal for patient transfers to the head injury unit and Starship Childrens Hospital. The second pic is the real one! My thanks to Nick Botica for giving me permission to modify his original LifeFlight texture plates. I will upload the zip file to Flighsim.com today.
