de Havilland DHC-3 Otter

Postby BendyFlyer » Sun Jul 26, 2015 12:14 am

A developer I had never heard of called Virtual Col have released a payware DHC-3 Otter, piston and turbine versions, landplane and floatplane, and include nearly two dozen different liveries for them, including TAA and a NZ Operator.

I think the sim model is very good but the textures are not good at close up resolution but fine at a standback distance in fact are great. Model flys and handles as one would expect of an Otter, slow and slow and slow and slow but a great STOL aircraft. The systems all work and seem realistic. I like this and I having a ball with the floatplane version. Now the part that I don't get is rhat it cost less than $20, how does anybody make money on that? Anyway you local sim portal or e-site should get it for you. Here are some pics:

Virtual Col are known for low budget. Their Dash-8 Q300 is a good example...
