I have been searching about for a repaint of the JBK DC-4 in TEAL colours. I have the BCPA one but can find none for 2004 or FSX. Anybody ever seen one or know where to find it?
As an aside I still reckon the TEAL colours were one of the nicest airline paint jobs ever. Just trying to finish off my collection of TEAL paints and aircraft. I have the DC-6, L-188, DC-8 and DC-10, and Solent. Have I missed any aircraft?

TEAL operated only the DC-6 after BCPA went defunct, we got the Six then they went to the RNZAF in 1959 .. only 4's seen in New Zealand were exotic airlines and course the early 'Operation Deep Freeze' RD4 .

Thought as much, I did not closely at a pic I have labelled as a TEAL DC-4 but it is in fact the 6. Guess I can relax. Cheers. Yeah and I know they kept the colours for awhile but it was renamed Air NZ when the Govt took over the British and Qantas shares of TEAL. Still think it was a really nice colour scheme for an airliner.

Quite a few fours did come in , nothing in New Zealand colours except those Carvair type in the 1980s but with Flight Replica working on the type , Mikes aircraft are very enticing, would be an interesting what if cargo hauler.

Yep sure are I am eagerly awaiting the C-54. The Argonaut or C-4 was excellent and so was the Heron. I hope it is as bigger hit with the mob as the A2A Connie was because there are no end of repaints that would be sought after (Me for one, Qantas, TAA, Ansett, BCPA). Not sure what his are like to paint but as he does oddities not many get done but with the Heron he was spot on and Jeansy did the Kendells paint so I have all the ones I would like. We await with interest as we do the PMDG DC-6, although I put that in the when I see it I will believe it category, then again there is nothing much wrong with the JF version apart from the aluminium finish but nobody has come up with a fix for that yet.

Both the Boomerang and the P-40 were a breeze to slop paint onto so I'm guessing his DC-4 would be a piece of cake.
