Great little GA trainer now free from Flight 1

Perhaps they made it free because you could probably buy a real one now for the price they were charging previously. (that's a comment on the plane not the software)

The original aircraft is another victim of globalism. After in Europe the EASA has not given this aircraft a certificate, it was not imported there.

And the other thing is the Price. Look for the Cessna 152 and now the 162... What is the message?

With all this electronic devices it is only a Nintendo-style-Aircraft for playing kids.

It is the same like with a german car. I am from the former eastern part of germany. My first car was a VW Golf... not new. around 15.000 Deutsche Mark. Today an Nintendo-style-version is around 19000-22.000 Euro... That´s 36.000 to 44.000 Deutsche Mark.

With me , I have my superb A2A Trainers , Cessna 152 and the Piper 140, It a nice gesture from 'Flight1' me I simply would not use it.

Nothing wrong with your little Japanese 'rice steamer' Suzuki (I like that), It's cheap, gets ya from A to B ... ya just cool and proud to own one, none of this "Hey Marn I'm Cool" .
