I'm afraid this is not Manfred's DC-3 but the X-Plane Aeroworx DC-3. The only DC-3 NAC repaints I found for FSX were for the MAAM-SIM one or the default FSX one.

There are no available ZK-AWP National Airways Corporation NAC Skyliner repaints found like this rendition for FSX based off the Manfred Jahn model base.

You would need to make a request for a repaint like this one specifically for FSX from a FSX Model Re-Painter.

This particular Repaint for ZK-AWP in the NAC Skyliner livery is a rendition that was done making use of the X Plane 11 PBR texturing.

It is unable to be seen and done like this in FSX Deluxe with SP1 and SP2 as these use much older 2006 texturing technology and hence it does not support the more amazing updated modern reflective metallic silvery style of PBR texturing technology of the latest versions of X Plane and Prepar3D (P3D).

A similar rendition PBR version for Prepar3D (P3D) v4.5 can be found here from Kiwi Flight Sim ZK-AWP National Airways Corporation

The real world ZK-AWP was purchased by Air Chathams and made it airworthy again, in 2010 it flew again and began passenger services with Chathams Pacific, then to Air Chathams now where it's used for charters and freight. Air Chathams within the last year have painted ZK-AWP back into the New Zealand National Airways Corporation NAC scheme for nostalgic Scenic Flight charter operations.
