Just wondering if anyone has problems loading routes into the FMC on the Wilco 737? For example, I load 'TR' as a waypoint on the right hand side of the FMC and then try to load the route 'H384' on the left hand side but it comes up with 'Invalid entry' or something like that. Any suggestions?

You can only enter in a three number/letter identifier for your route.

Are you putting on the next line on the left side?
So basically firstly you are direct to TR on the first line, and on the second line you then enter H384 on the left side, and then your exit waypoint for that airway on the right side of the second line?

Sounds like you mean its giving the error as soon as you enter the airway on the left side ae?

This is most likely the AIRAC database doesn't have H384 in it, therefore it doesn't think there is a airway comeing from TR so its saying you have enterd it incorectly. I'm not entiryly sure where to get a up to date (or at least somewhat complet) AIRAC for that model, maby the feelthere site? Just have a look around..

I would definatly say the AIRAC ;)

If that doesn't fix it have a look at the Level D 763 manual, here. Great manual for FMC operation :D

I have the latest 0704 and that airway is at least in my FSNav. I don't use the Wilco 733 so can't help you in that regard :)

O.k. Have you printed off the manual? It is slightly confusing but talks you through the FMC process pretty good (for my standards)

Anyway download the "Latest AIRAC" from this page:

http://www.feelthere.com/2005/downloads.html

(It's the top download on the left)

If not sure about the waypoint info etc. but the manual says that you put in a three number identifier code so 0704I'd say would be 704.

Maybe you are putting the airway on the same line as the waypoint? It needs to be on the line below the waypoint (but still on the left hand side). ;)
