A couple of years ago i remember seeing a repaint for the Dash 7 Groups aircraft in "Newmans Air" of New Zealand livery for FS2002Pro & FS2004ACOF. Now i cant seem to find it anywhere among the usual places. Anybody know where i might find this repaint ?? (Teach me to not grab it when i saw it !!)

I am always looking for good repaints of the Dash 7 (my favorite aircraft.)
For 2004 I have only found Tyrolean and Greenland repaints

Hi Max & Snowman , I did a paint for early 2002 for but pulled it further info being to far out or was told , Milton Shupe is to release an update for his the superb 2002 model in short while for FS9 - I have Newmans paint Template on cd somewere - I ll dig it up , good friend displayed it at Wiggy(Wigram) Wing/Wheels 1985 -bloody near broke it , super heavy landing pre show , it was him to point out few mistakes , but later found second aircraft was slightly different then changed again , matching paint to Dash8's only then to have him and planes go offshore back when Newmans bus/airline disovled .
I keep eyeballs out for that texture , come to think was my 1st ever paint that was never released ,BUGGER

sure it'll still be here i'm my Libriary ... scary were do i start!

Hi Bardos. There are quite a few repaints for the Dash-7 besides the ones it shipped with originally. I have British Airways, KLM, Lufthansa, Margarita Air Club, just to name a few. Do a search on Flightsim And Avsim, you will be surprisd at the number of Airline liveries available for it.

Hello There Ian. I would be eternally greatfull if you could find the Newmans textures for the Dash-7. I am trying to build up a complete historical fleet of NZ commercial aircraft for my sim, and the Newmans Dash-7 is one of only a couple i have left to find. If you manage to find it, could you post it on Avsim or Flightsim ??
Thanks,
Lawrie.

Hi Ian. Thanks for any efforts for the Newmans Dash-7. I already have a Rick Pipers Viscount 800 in Skybus livery, and 3 different N.A.C. liveries. Have the Carvair in a couple of Aussie and British liveries, but so far, have not found a repaint for it of the Nationwide livery. Thats the one that flew from James Aviation's base in Hamilton back in early 70s wasnt it ??

Hi Lawrie , James Aviation 1985/6 leaving 87 refurbished them yes - but those were painted white with a yellow and orange pin stripe , have couple pic here in that final livery as well , The Nationalwide paint is getting little attention at mo , ill do a Screenie tonight maybe , puttin Carvair/DC4 photo texture on all parts i can find to give better/more realistic age
Found cd with beginings off DHC7 , just my luck the near complete won't read properly , least can cotinue with the started info and finish to as close as can get .

Hi Ian. Thanks very much for your efforts. Only whenever you can find the time though, no rush, i am a patient man (most of the time lol ). I will look forward to the finished results very much for both the Dash-7 and the Carvair. The Carvair that I am using is Jon Walton's one. Now all i need is Fletcher Topdresser in "James Aviation" livery for Hamilton.........................
Cheers,
Lawrie.
