http://www.junkers-52.de/also alphasim have there aircraft freeware section and many others + another designer fspainter for choppers

My favourites for FS 2004 would be the Cessna 150 mentioned above, Deane's Fletcher (although this works better in FSX), Rick Piper's Chipmunk (lastest version) and Warick Carter's P-51 Mustang

Well you could try HoverControl, Avsim, FlightSim.com, FSimCafe.com, SurClaro, FS2004.com. And thats just naming a few maybe try google its a really good tool for searching you will be amazed at what you might find when you look for it.
