Does anyone know where I can find a readme or instruction file for Milton Shurpe's Dash 7?

There doesn't seem to be one in the main download (d7vcmdla.zip), and I can't figure out how to use the autothrottle, heading bug, altimeter hold or NAV frequency selector..
