The FS KBT orion has an RNZAF repaint on avsim, as mentioned, which can be found here:

Alos what has been said, the Herc from the RNZAF site is the best freeware herc with an RNZAF paint, unless you want to spend a bit and go for payware, then the Captain Sim 130 shouldn't be forgotten about.
As for the rest I can't fina anything, except for AI models of the airtrainers (Which look horrible when you're used to high detail).

noob alert. i cant figure out how to install it. i downlaoded it but i dont know what to do!
Right, I'm afraid I'm no real authority here, so I may be completely wrong... The thing is, I do practically all of my flying online on IVAO, so I have no need for ai traffic, and as such have never installed any manually.
I'm assuming that you know how to install aircraft, and repaints to that aircraft? If not, read this tutorial.
As far as I'm aware, you'll just install the ai aircraft exactly the same as you would a normal aircraft. However, this would not make it appear in the sim, you will need to create that manually. I've just had a look around, and I think to 'animate' them so to speak, you will need to use a program called 'Traffic Tools.'
There probably is a much easier way of doing it, or there might be information on how to do it on the downloaded ai aircraft itself, but I'm not 100% sure.
Hope this is enough info until someone who has more experience can come along and confirm/correct what I have said

A bit more about the Herc.
The one of the RNZAF web page is spot on and flies ever so smooth.
Not sure about the legality of it but I replaced the sound file to (alpc130s.zip) and replaced the panel with the one made by Clive Ryan (hercpnl up2k2.zip)and sized the GPS down a bit. Doing touch and goes on Rnw 13 in Hoki as I saw it done in real life, make sure tanks are half full to make her lift off before you are out of runway, good fun.
