Captain Sim 757 problem

Hi all,(its been a while),

Ive got the CS 757 but i have a small problem the plane is stuck in maintance mode,like all the doors windows ,engin coverings,etc are open and wont close.Plus the gear seems to be invisible.
Plus i cant move any of the flight controls.
LOL also some gauges in the panels dont work,
It realy is stuffed lol.
does anyone know how to help Me?
